RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your FlowGleam purchase! Below are the details of our return and refund policy.

DO WE OFFER RETURNS?

It depends. All sale items and items marked 'final sale' cannot be returned or exchanged. We generally offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces, watch bands, and most non-discounted items within 30 days of the delivery date. Other products, including all other jewelry, cannot be returned.

HOW TO START THE RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:
  1. Visit our website and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the order you wish to return and click on it.
  3. Click the "Request Return" button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. Fill out the form that follows.
  5. Our customer service team will review your request and approve or deny it.
  6. If approved, you will receive instructions and a shipping label to return your merchandise.
 

RETURN SHIPPING

The merchandise must be shipped back to us within the 30-day window once your return is approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

RESTOCKING FEE

Orders of $250 or more will incur a 10% restocking fee.
 

CANCELATION

If you have placed an order within 12 hours, you may request a cancelation for a full refund. Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (if they are not processed) for a full refund.

SPECIAL SALES AND PROMO CODES

You can only use one promo code per order. Special sales are set within a specific timeframe and will only apply to orders placed within that timeframe.
