Shipping Policy Effective from June 23, 2024

PROCESSING TIME

Once you place an order with us, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary based on order volume, stock levels, and other factors. The estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are based on the selected shipping option and do not account for potential processing delays. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to process and ship your order efficiently.

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Economy Shipping: $5, delivered within 10-15 business days.
Expedited Shipping: $8, delivered within 4-9 business days.
Shipping Areas: Covers all mainland U.S. areas, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO military addresses.
 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we are excited to announce that starting in August, we will gradually begin offering shipping services to other countries. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our reach and bring FlowGleam products to customers worldwide!
 

LOST PACKAGES

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver all our packages. However, in rare cases where packages are lost in transit, we offer a full replacement if the carrier confirms the lost status. To request a replacement, contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the lost package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery to the provided address. We strongly recommend providing a secure shipping location to prevent such issues.

 

SPECIAL SALES AND PROMO CODES

We are committed to offering great deals and promotions. Only one promo code can be used per order. Special sales are valid only within the specified timeframe and apply only to orders placed during that period. We encourage customers to double-check their promo codes and order details to ensure they get the best deals.

MISDELIVERED PACKAGES AND PO BOXES

Our goal is to provide reliable and timely shipping services. However, we are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipments to PO Boxes. Please provide accurate and complete shipping addresses to avoid delays or misdeliveries. In case of international shipments, we strive to use reliable carriers, but if a package is returned as "Return to Sender" due to delivery issues, we are not liable for any losses. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for resending the package.
